Prison inmates rehabilitate stray dogs to give them a better life.
Inmates at Tehachapi, a high-security prison in California, are allowed to care for dogs that are facing death because there is no room for them. It's a mutually beneficial project: the dogs are given a second chance at life, and the inmates learn to take responsibility.
